1. Khama Billiat

Khama is currently the highest-paid player in PSL. The twenty-nine year old player makes an annual income of R10 million. This interprets that the amount he makes monthly from football is equivalent to R833,333. This figure is apparently about eight times more than the average salary of most PSL footballers. Khama currently sits on the throne of the highest-paid soccer player in PSL.

2. Itumeleng Khune

Itumeleng Khune was sitting on the throne of the highest-paid PSL player until Khama Billiat took over the position. The thirty-two year old South African footballer plays as the goalkeeper for Kaizer Chiefs in the Premier Soccer League and South African national team.

Itumeleng proudly makes around R480,000 monthly.

3. Teko Modise

Teko hails from Cape Town City and earns a significant amount of salary. The midfielder is paid up to R450,000 monthly, which is equivalent to about R5.5 million a year. Teko spends a substantial amount of his net income on motors.

Although, he is retired, but he still remains to be the third highest-paid soccer player in South Africa.

4. Anthony Laffor

Anthony Snoti Laffor hails from Liberia, although he plays for Mamelodi Sundowns as a winger. Laffor is among South Africa’s highest-earning PSL footballers, as he makes R380,000 monthly.

5. Siyanda Xulu

Siyanda Xulu was the recent captain of Bafana Bafana who worked for Kaizer Chiefs. He went on to the international scenes and has been with Maritzburg United since 2017. With a long-term contract in place, Xulu is making it rain with a salary of R350,000.
