Alcohol shoppers turn to liquor shops to make up for the lost times.
South Africans were eagerly waiting for the government to lift the ban on alcohol for more than six weeks.
Finally, alcohol is back on the shelves for level 2 lockdown from Tuesday and people are seen queuing at liquor stores to get their long missed bottle.

This morning, liquor stores in Polokwane, Randfontein, Johannesburg, and the Eastern Cape have been reported to have lots of people queuing outside for alcohol.
A group of people allegedly camped in front of a store on Oxford Street since 4:00am in order to be the first on the line before other shoppers who started trooping in around 8.00am.
According to the government regulations on alcohol, liquor stores are allowed to open from 9:00 – 17:00 on Monday to Thursday.
