The family of the missing girl has beckoned on anyone who has a valid information about the whereabouts of their child to reach out to the detectives on the investigation
Lunamandla Sithonga is a 12-year old girl and hails from Khayelitsha. She attends Eastville Primary School in Mitchells Plain.
Sithonga was last seen on 9 July and has been missing for 40 days now. It happened that her mother saw her last when she boarded a scholar taxi opposite their home in Site B in Khayelitsha.
However, it was reported that Sithonga was marked absent on that unfortunate day. The police are still investigating if it is a kidnap case or not.
