COVID-19 infection rate in South Africa is currently on a constant slipping trend.
Apparently, South Africa is closing in to 600,000 infections, but all provinces are looking to have hit the sky.
However, health officials have sounded a note of warning to keep on being safe and observe the safety protocols so as to avoid a new surge.
“Those downward trends are continuing and I’m feeling more confident about KwaZulu-Natal and the Free State,” said Professor Salim Abdool Karim, Chair of the Ministerial Advisory Committee on COVID-19.”
“We are now in the post-peak decline.”
