Since the resumption of football from COVID-19 break, Khama Billiat’s form has been on the downside. Just of recent, an agent in Zimbabwe blasted Mike Ngobeni for sharing his thoughts on Billiat’s form
Recently, a question was thrown to Ngobeni about Billiat’s form since the return of football in South Africa and he replied by saying the suspension of football due to COVID-19 has affected the form of every player at Chiefs.
However, an agent called Godfrey Bakasa was not in agreement with Ngobeni’s reply. Bakasa mentioned that Billiat has been his client since he left his former agent – Ngobeni.
Bakasa added that Ngobeni has no business with Billiat because he is no longer in (good) terms with the former Mamelodi Sundowns star.
Obviously, Billiat has not really contributed to helping Chief win the league title since the return of football after COVID-19 break.
This has raised questions and concerns about his fitness and commitment to the club.
Bakasa said:
“Mr Ngobeni and Khama stopped working together last year, there was an official notification sent to him, and he acknowledged.”
“We were surprised by Mr Ngobeni’s recent comments on Khama’s footballing status. All this happened because the media wasn’t notified of the developments.”
