Family’s spokesperson Mzwandile Mdeliswa said they found it strange that the police had made no arrest despite the fact that the suspects are known.
Thandeka Mdeliswa’s family members are bothered that the police has made no arrest following her murder.
The family disclosed this with heavy heart on Friday that no word has been heard from the police concerning the arrest of a the actress’ killer.
Actress Thandeka Mdeliswa who is best known for her lead role in SABC 1 popular drama series, “Ikani” was fatally shot t her home in Evander in Mpumalanga on Thursday, September 3.
She later died at the Steve Biko Hospital on Saturday, September 5.
Her murder was described as an act of gender-based violence.
It is alleged that she was shot while intervening in an argument between her brother and two other men.
According to the family’s spokesperson Mzwandile Mdeliswa, they found it strange that the police had made no arrest despite the fact that the suspects are known.
