South Africans are not smiling and Nigerians have been seriously crucified on the socials.
The hashtag, “Voetsek Nigerians” trend on Twitter, and some have called out the SA government in other to sort things out.
According to reports on social media, it’s been said that a SA based syndicate who are Nigerians are allegedly responsible for kidnapping children and also involved in human trafficking.
There’s been a call again for Nigerians based in South Africa to head back to their country.
“I don’t care either Julius is getting funding from Nigeria but Nigerians are a serious problem in South Africa and they must go back home, Nigerians are selling drugs to our youth, and trafficking young girls forcing them to do prostitution,” a tweep said.
Meanwhile, some are still lost on the main reason why Mzansi is cancelling Nigerians.
A lot of hideous acts have been re-occurring in SA for months, making the people highly sensitive to every news.
Despite the human-trafficking reports about Nigerians, an official report as regards that is yet to be published.
