On Cyril Ramaphosa’s Twitter page, it was announced that: “President will address the nation at 19:00 today, Wednesday, 16 September 2020, on developments in South Africa’s risk-adjusted response to the COVID-19 pandemic.”
Bonang Matheba and Lady Zamar joins the rest of South Africans who believe it’s going to be a Level 1 announcement.
