Angelo Agrizzi, who is the former executive of Bosasa is expected to come before the Specialised Commercial Crimes Court on Wednesday morning.
Former ANC MP – Vincent Smith will also come before the court alongside Agrizzi.
Agrizzi is faced with charges of bribe, in which he bribed Smith in the Bosasa debacle.
He has made it known to the State Capture Commission of Inquiry that hundreds of thousands of rands was paid from Smith.
Smith said he will be in cooperation with the police, so as to clear his name.
He has been faced with charges of fraud and corruption.
It was reported that Smith allegedly collected bribes in the form of security upgrades to his home and also got cash through his company’s bank account.
He is also accused of making use of his political influence as an MP to protect Bosasa.
