Hospitalised former Bosasa chief operating officer – Angelo Agrizzi’s fraud and corruption case at the Pretoria Commercial Crimes Court has been adjourned to November 26 for further disclosure of documentation by the State.
On Thursday, Agrizzi was driven to a hospital from the prison.
He came before the court earlier this week, with charges relating to fraud and corruption, but was denied bail.
After he was taken to the hospital, Agrizzi tested negative for COVID-19, his lawyers confirmed.
The court mentioned that the foreign assets owned by Agrizzi make him a flight risk.
He came before the court with former ANC MP Vincent Smith.
However, Smith’s bail was adjourned to 3 December.
