EFF leader Julius Malema and MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi return to Randburg Magistrate’s Court on Thursday.
The duo are accused of assaulting a police officer during Winnie Madikizela-Mandela’s funeral in 2018.
Malema replied AfriForum and a police officer who accused him of assault.
The head of the EFF and Ndlozi appeared on Wednesday to be tried for the alleged attack.
The court showed closed-circuit footage of the incident, which took place after police officer Johannes Venter refused to allow Malema’s vehicle to enter the cemetery.
Speaking to hundreds of his supporters outside the courtroom, Malema said he was not afraid of the accusations.
