Rasta trends following the death news of Zulu King Goodwill Zwelithini.
On Friday morning, the king was announced to have passed on by the royal house. In a statement released to the press, it says: “On behalf of the Royal Family, we thank the nation for your continued prayers and support in this most difficult time.”
However, South Africans are not smiling at Rasta who is known for painting famous people who have passed on.
Some persons have taken to social media, begging him not to paint the late king. Some even said he might get arrested if he makes any attempt, as his paintings have attracted controversy over the years.

Not today Rasta. Not next week. Not ever actually. You can draw Prince Phillip in the meantime. pic.twitter.com/yDWo3JErrG

If there ever was a time to arrest Rasta or take his paint brush & canvas it would be now before he even thinks of doing a tribute to King Goodwill Zwelithini pic.twitter.com/rPuEybYAHl
