Lulu Hela celebrates birthday – “I am so grateful to be alive”

Lulu Hela is celebrating her birthday today and according to her, it is a big milestone.

Taking to Instagram, the actress penned down beautiful lengthy birthday message to herself.

In her words, she is grateful to God to be alive today to see another year.
