Sjava has taken to his social media to reveal how he has been able to be a consistent songwriter for almost 30 years.
All these while, the star has been able to show his talents to the world as he is not just a musician but also dabbles in acting, production and songwriting.
Sjava has written some of the biggest song in SA music history.
He shared with his followers that he has been writing music since 1993 and is still at it.
In his tweet, Sjava noted that he would have not gotten so far, in songwriting if he was not doing out of love.
“Started writing songs in 1993 it’s 2021 and I am still doing it. i know for a fact that I wouldn’t get this far if I was not doing it out of love,” wrote the musician.
In his post, Sjava also added it is possible to be successful in something you love, especially if you are not chasing fame and money. “Into mawuyenza ngothando nangokuzimisela ungagijimisi imali nodumo akuvamisile ukuthi ingaphumeleli,” wrote Sjava.
