Few days to the awards, the DJ applauded the brains behind the events.
“Just wanna acknowledge the people doing the Amapiano awards, an awards ceremony of this magnitude must have gone very deep in their pockets, very brave to take the responsibility of celebrating the culture that is Amapiano. Goodluck this Saturday,” he said.
Following announcement of the awards, which will be debuting on the 23rd of October, 2021, some amapiano musicians express dissatisfaction at the list of nominees, while a few needed to the organisers to disclose their identity.
