Mr JazziQ has taken legal action against SA Podcasters who made heinous allegation of him sacrificing his late friends, Killer Kau and Mpura.
Few weeks ago, Rea Gopane made defamatory statements on the podcast, by saying the music producer sacrificed the late Amapiano stars to help his music career blow up.
“The entire entertainment industry looked passed the fact that JazziQ sacrificed Killer Kau and Mpura…for the betterment of his career,” alleged Rea.
“The day after they died, he went to Ghana…” said Rea then his co-host Blvck Steph, asked him “so you think the ritual was done there.”
The video went viral on social media, but the DJ frowned at it, urging the podcasters to take it down.
However, their refusal made JazziQ drag them to court.
JazziQ’s lawyer, Tailor Made Lawyers shared an official statement about the legal action taken against the two men.
The statement also claimed that the podcasters’ allegations toiled with the DJ’s mental and emotional state.
- The allegations are void of any truth and are harmful
- The facts around Mr. Manyoni’s conduct and whereabouts, as explained by Reatlegile Gopane are worrisomely inaccurate, and;
- The allegations have had a severe impact on Mr. Manyoni both emotionally and psychologically.”
“The matter will be pursued civilly and criminally.”
