To make this dessert, there is no need of any fancy ingredients. Just a handful of biscuits, milk, cocoa powder, sugar and Nutella are some of the key ingredients used in this recipe.

Make chocolate milk
- Take 4 cups of milk in a pan and keep on medium heat.
- Once it comes to a simmer, add ½ cup sugar and ½ cup Nutella.
- Mix well and cook on low flame for just a few minutes more.
Make chocolate slurry
- In a bowl, add 1 cup milk, 3 tbsp cornflour ad 3 tbsp cocoa powder.
- Give a good whisk to make a smooth mixture.
- Add this mixture to the chocolate milk in the pan.
- Cook until a boil comes and the mixture turns thick.
- Nutella pudding is now ready.
Arrangement
- In a bowl, add 1 cup hot water, 2 tbsp coffee powder and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- Take 30-40 digestive biscuits (or any other biscuit of your choice).
- Dip each biscuit in the coffee mixture and arrange a layer of biscuits in a glass bowl or dish.
- Pour some Nutella pudding on it and spread it out to form an even layer.
- Now again arrange a layer of biscuits after dipping them in coffee water and spread a thick layer of Nutella pudding on top.
- Repeat the step once again. In the end, there should be three layers of biscuits+pudding.
Ready to be served
- Before serving, let the pudding chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
- If needed, garnish it with whipped cream and even chopped nuts of your choice.
- Dust with some cocoa powder in the end to give it a final touch,
- Scoop out the pudding from the dish, place it on a plate and serve. Enjoy!
