Lamiez Holworthy flaunts her dark-inner thigh on social media while on vacation.
The DJ explains the reason why some inner parts of the body are dark.
“There’s a reason why I didn’t edit or use a filter to hide my thighs simply because- Dark skin on the inner thighs can be experienced by anyone, regardless of skin tone. It occurs when the skin on the inner thigh produces an abundance of melanin, a pigment that gives skin its color. This is called hyperpigmentation. The discoloration of dark inner thighs may even stretch into the bikini or groin area,” she wrote.
She further urged black girls to be proud of their dark inner thighs as it’s okay.
“Black child, it is perfectly normal and okay. Too many women(young and old) live unhappily because of the illusions we sell them online. It ends here,” the DJ added.
Lots of followers applauded Lamiez for being bold and confident.
Meanwhile, Makhadzi who is a famous singer in South Africa got mocked and trolled after her dark inner thighs were revealed during a performance at a show months ago.
