Zandie Khumalo reacts to Senzo Meyiwa’s forthcoming doccie-series which will unveil truths about his life and death.
The series will be premiered on the 7th of April, 2022.
Kelly Khumalo who is Zandi’s sister was in a relationship with Senzo till he was gunned down at her apartment.
Meanwhile, Zandie was said to be in the apartment the day the hideous event occurred in 2014.
According to Daily Sun, the mother of one, she hopes her name is not mentioned without her consent.
Speaking to the publication’s team the singer said a group of people just want to make money off the football star’s death.
“I don’t think there’s anything a documentary can do to help the situation, it’s people just making money out of an unfortunate situation and I don’t need to clear my name for anything.”
“Nobody approached me. No feelings really. I don’t even know what it’s really about so it’s hard for me to feel anything. All I’m hoping is that my name won’t be on the docie without my consent because then I will have a problem. However, my management did get in touch with Netflix management about that part. I will await feedback from them,” she added.
