Always dealing with irregular periods, cramps, uneven flow and other problems associated with periods?

Menstrual cycle brings along a number of issues that can act as a hurdle in your day to day life.

Not just that, irregular periods can give rise to anxiety issues which can delay the periods even further.

If you too deal with late periods every month, then here are some drinks that can help you set your cycle right.

1. Ginger tea

Ginger Tea not only reduces menstrual cramps but also induces late periods. Usually, your body faces inflammation during periods, which can be lowered with the help of ginger tea as it contains gingerol.

To make ginger tea, pour 1 cup of water into a pot. Take a 2-inch piece of ginger and chop it roughly into round slices (Use a sufficient quantity of ginger for maximum benefit). Add these ginger slices to the pot. Bring to a boil and cover with a lid. Let it simmer on a medium flame for 3 minutes. Now strain the tea, pour into a cup and serve.

2. Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar help induce periods by alkalising the body and reducing inflammation caused by hormonal irregularities. It is a wonderful remedy for those dealing with PCOD/PCOS. To make this drink, mix 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar in 1 glass of warm water and drink it daily. If you want your periods to come on time, start drinking this remedy at least one week before your period date.

3. Cumin seeds tea

Another super simple recipe that is quite effective in inducing periods is Cumin Seeds Tea. Cumin helps by contracting uterine muscles and thus fixes irregular periods.

To make cumin tea, heat 1 cup of water in a pot. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds and bring to a boil. Now let it simmer for about 2 minutes. Pour into a cup and cover with a lid. Let this concoction sit overnight. The next morning, strain the mixture, warm it up a bit and drink on an empty stomach.

4. Pineapple juice

When it comes to juices, pineapple juice is most helpful during periods. Pineapple contains an enzyme called bromelain which helps in shedding the lining of the uterus, which further helps in inducing periods. Do you know that pineapple increases the production of red and white blood cells, which also helps in better blood flow? In a nutshell, pineapple juice is a must-have for those dealing with irregular periods and uneven flow.
