Shimza says he dumped a paying gig in South Africa to perform free in London.
A few weeks ago, he performed in the UK as he took Kunye to his international audience and it was a success.
The DJ says he’s trying to correct the assumptions most social media users have about him, and also teach them that everything isn’t about money.
Shimza claims to be a hustler and he hopes the investment yields result soon.
“Literally now as twitter believes that everything is about money! I’m a hustler, I’m leaving a paying gig in SA to go showcase myself for free all the way in London in the hopes that the time invested will yield results. I guess I’m being “exploited” according to twitter,” he tweeted.
