However, it is advised that this tea only works like magic when a person consumes it on an empty stomach in the morning.

This effective homemade drink can be consumed by almost everyone and even those who are suffering from thyroid or diabetes.

Ingredients

2 tbsp coriander seeds, 2 tbsp fennel seeds, 2 tbsp cumin seeds, 2 tbsp carom seeds, 1 inch cinnamon stick and water as required.

Here’s how to make it

To prepare this tea, first put all the spices in a pan and dry roast them until you smell some fragrance coming out of them. Once done, keep aside and let them cool. Grind them all into a powder form and then use. Else, you can separate the cinnamon stick from the seeds as well. Then, put 2 cups of water in a pan and boil it over medium flame. After a boil, add 2 tsp mixture of these seeds and take out a small piece of cinnamon or powder it before adding it in the boiling. Lower the flame and boil the water with all these spices for 5-10 minutes. Once done, turn off the flame and you will realize that the water is also reduced. Strain the tea in a cup and mix a little lemon juice in it and have it daily in the morning, empty stomach. If the taste is bitter, you can also add some honey in it.
