1. Fennel tea
Fennel seeds can help in calming down the burning sensation in the stomach, this is because the enzymes helps in better absorption of food molecules. The fiber in fennel helps in improving bowel movement and can fix constipation. To make this tea, take 1 cup water and boil it to perfection. Then add in 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds, 2 crushed tulsi leaves and allow it to absorb the goodness.
2. Spiced curd
Intake of probiotics can help in fixing digestive system and gut health, this is due to the presence of healthy bacteria. To make this simple drink, take 1 cup cold fresh curd, 1 teaspoon ground cumin powder and a pinch of black salt.
3. Lemon tea
To heal an upset stomach you can brew a simple tea with tulsi leaves, lemon slices and 1 teaspoon carom seeds. To make this tea, take 3 cups of water, add 3-4 lemon slices, tulsi leaves and 1 tsp carom seeds. Brew it nicely and enjoy.
4. Ginger tea
To make this simple tea, take a pan and add 2 cups of water and add 1 inch ginger grated to perfection. Strain and pour the tea. Add in a dash of honey and black pepper, this can fix bloating and discomfort.
