Trevor Noah is making Chrstmas fun as he plans to give away 20 Xbox sets to one of the most deserving professions in the world: teachers.
The former The Daily Show host shared the news in a clip posted on his social media accounts.
In the clip, Trevor Noah dressed in a Santa Claus costume and channeling a mix of the Christmas figure and a Nelson Mandela accent announces his generous donation.
He says: “All those teachers who’ve been sending me messages saying, ‘Trevor, I’m a teacher. I want to get an Xbox, but I don’t have the money. All you have to do is participate by sending me a message about why you, a teacher, want an Xbox.”
Trevor hilariously continued: “Could it be that you want to give it to your favourite student? Or could it be that you want to keep it for yourself so you can forget all of those terrible kids? Either way, I don’t care”.

🎶 It’s beginning to look a lot like XboxMas! 🎶 That’s right, and African Santa is here to hook some teachers up with brand-new Xboxes! If you’re a teacher, just reply letting me know why you want one, and I’ll pick 20 winners at random. It’s that easy. Merry Christmas! 🎅🏾🎄🎁 pic.twitter.com/gx9TDhuTa9
