2. Not Washing Your Face

5. Sleeping On Your Stomach

If you have a habit of sleeping on your stomach, you should refrain from doing so. It can cause wrinkles, acne, and puffiness. This is due to the possibility of your skin’s delicate surface being harmed by the pillow’s pressure and friction.

Try sleeping on your back or use a silk pillowcase to prevent this. Compared to other fabrics, silk is smoother and less abrasive.
