Nadia Nakai hints at being depressed and suicidal following AKA’s death
Nadia Nakai expresses her pain on social media 5 months after the death of her lover, Kiernan AKA Forbes.
Kiernan, famously known as AKA was shot and killed on the 10th of February 2023, in front of a restaurant in Durban.
The rapper’s death left many numb, heartbroken and devastated.
Bragga has been quite outspoken about the hurt she’s suffering due to her boyfriend’s death.
On Monday, she caused a stir after claiming she isn’t afraid to die, as she desires to meet with her dead lover.
In a now-deleted tweet, Nadia wrote, “I miss him so much… I don’t fear death anymore because I know I might see him.. nothing wrong with that. That smile? I can actually go hey…”

Fans flooded the comment with consoling and hopeful messages as she was perceived to be suicidal via the tweet.
Nadia further told people that forever is too long to wait; she also spoke about how she avoid listening to AKA’s songs as hearing his voice triggers her.
