62 per cent of women enjoy rough s*x, finds poll

It’s difficult to know what turns people on when they are in mood for a little adventure in the bedroom (or any place of their choice!).

OkCupid, an online dating website, conducted a poll on what turns on women during sex, and they came across some interesting findings.

After conducting a poll on around 400,000 members registered with the dating website, they found that a whopping 62 per cent of women enjoy rough sex!

Around 62 per cent of the women who took part in the poll confessed that they liked their hair being pulled during sex because it turns them on.

Interestingly, a large number of women (almost 60 per cent) revealed that they get turned on when their partner takes control during sex.

While being controlled and getting their hair pulled topped the list, other behaviours that women liked during love making include being tied up, dirty talking and being bitten.

According to experts, being bitten or spanked increases blood flow and the heart rate too increases in response to the pain. This in turn heightens sexual excitement.

However, it’s important to seek your partner’s permission before doing something adventurous in bed. Remember, it’s alright to surprise your partner during sex but you should make sure that both are comfortable with it.
