Ronwen Williams wins top goalkeeper of the tournament in AFCON 2023
South Africa goalkeeper Ronwen Williams wins the golden glove for the African Cup of Nations 2023.
Bafana Bafana finished strongly by securing the third position as the keeper helped them to overcome DR Congo 6-5 on penalties.
Ronwen was the hero of the game and he has been crowned the tournament’s top goalkeeper.
The Bafana Bafana goalkeeper received two awards at the end of the AFCON 2023 match; the first was for South Africa’s fair play and the second was the Golden Glove award.
The final match took place between Nigeria and Côte d’Ivoire, but Nigeria was defeated with 2-1.
