Zanele Mbokaizi diagnosed with lung cancer
Ukhozi FM and Crown Gospel Music Awards Zanele Mbokzai has been diagnosed with lung cancer.
Zanele fell ill and was rushed to the hospital for treatment; the cancer was discovered after diagnosis in the hospital last week.
The presenter’s husband, Bishop Mpendulo Nkambule said at first, they prayed for her when she complained of pain and when she could not finish her gospel show, Eshilo, they decided to take her to the hospital.
The bishop said Mbokazi was taken to theatre for surgery to see what the problem could be, and the doctors diagnosed her with lung cancer.
“We thank God for His mighty hand. Thank you to everyone who has been praying for my dear wife, Zanele Mbokazi, since hearing news of her ill health. We thank God that she is recovering well. Thank you for the prayers, love and support from family, friends, church and entire community,” Nkambule said.
The Ukhozi FM management said: “We’re praying for her speedy recovery and God to be with us during this difficult time. We’re praying to God to do miracles because we know He’s capable of doing miracles.”
