Woman surprises her man with a wedding proposal
A South African woman quakes the internet after proposing marriage to her lover.
In a video that surfaced on the X platform, the young woman, her partner, and friends were having a good time at a restaurant.
The atmosphere at the restaurant changed after she got on her knees to ask for her man’s hand in marriage.
He stood up, raised her, and hugged her, which is simply believed to mean that he accepted the proposal.
However, a majority of X users frowned at the incident, as some claimed it’s a taboo.
“A woman proposing to me would ruin my whole day,” a user wrote.
“This is desperation at its highest order. The guy will never value her coz it wasn’t his decision to marry her if it leads to marriage. Men are predators not prey’s,” another wrote.
Hmmmm, some men would be embarrassed and most women can’t do this though 🤷♂️😁
