Emtee claims he is a force in the South African hip-hop industry that has sustained the genre over the years.
In a recent interview on Mac G’s Podcast and Chill, the rapper talked about his career and life.
Emtee said he works hard as he has 40 songs, but not all will make it into his album.
He further claimed that without him, Hip-Hop is dead.
“I’m saying I got close to 40 songs to choose from to make this album, we’re not sleeping, we’re working that’s why I said it’s (Hip Hop) not dead as long as I’m alive,” he said.
Emtee talked about his live performances and how he performs some of his old hit songs till date.
“I perform every weekend and I’ve been performing Roll Up since the day it was released to this day,” Emtee added.
