Make cheap effective cleaning fluids at home with these ingredient

Cleaning fluid is a basic detergent that is always worth having on hand. Not all dirt can be removed with water alone and it is often necessary to use something stronger.

Of course, it is not just about ready-made, store-bought products, because you can prepare an equally effective mixture yourself from natural ingredients.

There are many recipes for homemade cleaning fluids available online. Some are very simple, while others consist of many different ingredients. We go for minimalism. All you really need is water, which will be the base, and one or two additives with cleaning properties.

Homemade detergent does not look or smell as beautiful as store-bought products, but it is much cheaper, more ecological, easy to make and equally effective. It’s worth trying and seeing for yourself (or rather in your own home).

If you need to remove bathroom deposits such as scale or rust, and additionally polish the surface, use a mixture of vinegar and water. It is best to combine them in a 1:1 ratio and wipe the dirt. Vinegar is also great for cleaning the fridge and furniture. Alternatively, you can also use citric acid, but we recommend the first option.

To disinfect and degrease surfaces, it is also worth using spirit, which should also be diluted with water.

Once upon a time, a concoction made from lemon peels was very popular. Just pour vinegar over them and leave them in the fridge for a few days. Lime or orange peels will also work well. Generally, all citrus fruits are suitable.

In the last recipe we use baking soda. You need to dissolve it in water in a ratio of 1:4, you can also add your favorite essential oil. This liquid will effectively refresh surfaces and get rid of dirt.
