Veteran actor Darlington Michaels will be celebrated this week.
The legendary, whose real name is Teboho Ndarana (78), affectionately known as PapaG, died after a short illness on Friday, 13 September.
The funeral and memorial service details have been announced.
The memorial service will hold at Soweto Theatre in Jabulani, on Thursday, 19 September.
Darlington’s funeral service will be on Saturday, 21 September, at the Uncle Tom’s Community Hall in Orlando West, Soweto, from 9 am.
His body will be laid to rest at West Park Cemetery in Joburg.
“As a family, we will be honoured to be graced by what has been his passion for more than five decades in the industry. His love and passion for theatre and talent unearthing was out of this world,” family spokesman, Xoli Noah told Daily Sun.
