A-Reece walks out of stage during performance
Lehlogonolo Ronald Mataboge, professionally known as A-Reece sparks a massive stir after walking off stage mid-performance at Homecoming Africa over the weekend.
Homecoming Africa is a festival with a rich history as it was established in 2016 as a Pan-African effort to promote and celebrate the diversity that exists within the continent.
“Leveraging off the support around the Homecoming Picnic, the popular event was rebranded into Homecoming Africa. HCA is a celebration of African music, culture and lifestyle as well as the building of a cultural bridge between international artists and local support bases,” their website explains.
The reason behind the rapper’s sudden action isn’t revealed but it has people talking as he left the stage during his performance.
Social media users flood various platforms with reactions and explanations for the rap star’s behaviour.
One user wrote, “Booked to perform on the main stage just to be swapped last minute to be on the other stage.”
