Emtee and Big Zulu have officially squashed their long-running feud.
On Thursday, the Nkabi Records boss shared photos of the Roll Up hitmaker in his studio, signaling a reconciliation between the two rappers.
Their beef dates back over two years, sparked by Big Zulu’s 150 Bars diss track, where he took shots at several South African rappers, including Emtee (real name Mthembeni Ndevu). Emtee took offense and frequently called out Big Zulu, especially on social media.
However, in November 2024, Big Zulu extended an olive branch by publicly praising Emtee’s DIY 3 album—a move that hinted at a possible truce.
Now, with the recent photos and Big Zulu’s caption, it’s clear that the two have truly reconciled. His post even suggests that Emtee is featured on his upcoming album:
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank my brother @emteethehustla for the mutual respect. He finally stepped into Nkabi Records! Thank you, my hero. I can officially say my album is ready—Hip Hop, one love.”
Fans flooded the comments section, celebrating the long-awaited unity.
