Wandi Ndlovu released on bail

Social media influencer and reality TV star Wandi Ndlovu, 26, has been released on bail alongside her mother and sister following a two-week stint in custody over the alleged murder of her uncle, Linda Ndlovu.

The trio was arrested after a violent altercation at the family home in Katlehong ended in Linda’s death.

The incident reportedly began when Wandi’s mother confronted her brother over loud music coming from his backroom.

What started as a noise complaint allegedly escalated into a physical confrontation that left her injured.

According to a source close to the family, Wandi and her sisters, one of whom is believed to be a minor, got involved in the dispute, and during the confrontation, Linda was stabbed.

He was later found outside and died before help could arrive.

Wandi, her mother Ntombifuthi, and her sister are being represented by attorney Dumisani Mabunda, who also worked on the high-profile Matthew Lani case.

Mabunda was seen celebrating their bail outside court on August 5.

Authorities have yet to issue a formal statement, and it’s still unclear when the accused will appear in court again.

Following her release, Wandi took to Facebook with a short message that read, “God is good,” adding that she would eventually share her version of events.

Meanwhile, a voice note making rounds on social media — allegedly from Wandi’s aunt — claims Linda was stabbed three times and left outside in the cold, ultimately dying not just from his wounds but from exposure.

“He wasn’t killed by the wounds, but because he was out in the cold,” she allegedly said.

The tragedy has sparked tension within the Katlehong community

Residents have reportedly warned the family not to return to the property Wandi is said to have built after returning from a stint in Nigeria, where she worked in the adult entertainment industry.
