AKA rants about his new BMW after a troll attacked him for lavishing R2 million on buying a new car.
The rapper initially apologised to the troll, but later resumed Twitter to clear the air about the car which has made several headlines.
According to Supa Mega, he didn’t buy the car as it belongs to a company.
“Guys I want to address these rumors flying around. I did not buy a brand new X7 M50i 2022 full spec … it’s a company car. I am merely the driver,” he wrote.
“Please do not let people fool you into thinking I have lots of money. I am but a humble, hard-working musician. A lowly public servant of the people,” he added.
The rapper is presumed to be sarcastic about his claims, but he further topped the tweets with the claim of being a fraud.
“Kiernan Forbes is merely an employee of Brand AKA … it’s true. I’m a fraud.”
