Former Paralympic star Oscar Pistorius will be reportedly released from prison on Friday.
The star shot his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp on Valentine’s Day in February 2013.
MDN News reports that Oscar will be released this Friday after he was granted parole nearly 11 years after killing his girlfriend.
The report attracted reactions, as a majority expressed sympathy for Reeva whose life was cut short and never given a second chance.
“He served his time however the Steenkamps lost Reeva forever. This life thing is not make sure,” a tweep wrote.
“Everyone deserves a second chance. I hope he will make an athletic come back,” another wrote.
“About time. Out of all the murder cases I’ve watched, Oscar was the most remorseful killer,” tweet reads.
