Terry Pheto breaks long-hiatus after Presley Chweneyagae’s death
Veteran actress Terry Pheto has returned to social media after a three-year absence to pay tribute to her former co-star and close friend, Presley Chweneyagae, following his sudden death at the age of 40.
Pheto, who starred alongside Presley in the Oscar-winning film Tsotsi, shared a poignant throwback photo of the moment they celebrated their Academy Award win.
The emotional post reflected both her shock and heartbreak.
“I’m shocked and saddened by the news of Presley’s sudden passing. My heart goes out to his family and the rest of our friends and colleagues in the film industry. We shared an unforgettable moment when we won the Oscar. It’s a moment I will forever cherish. May his soul rest in peace,” she wrote.
