18-year-old girl named Amonge Sinxoto made South Africans proud after featuring among top esteemed global thinkers across the world.
The talented teen who is a social entrepreneur and co-founder of Blackboard Africa, continues to be recognised globally as an influential thought leader.
The BBC World Service asked “thinkers” from across the globe to imagine the most inspirational and meaningful changes that might result from the coronavirus crisis under the “Rethink” title for their Rethink podcast.
Amonge was featured alongside with Caleb Femi, The Pope, The Dalai Lama, Lady Hale, Kwame Anthony Appiah, Andy Murray and the South Korean foreign minister, Kang Kyung-wha.
She was also named amongst the 100 Most Influential Young South Africans of 2019 by leading PR & Rating firm, Avance Media.
