Gone to soon clouded social media platforms as the young actress Enhle Gambushe died after a car crash in Durban early on Saturday morning. According to reports, the 22-year-old actress, who made appearances in e.tv’s local drama series Imbewu was travelling with four other people when their vehicle crashed into a wall on Botanical Gardens Avenue in Durban.
The news of her demise was so saddening as fans took to their social media platforms to pay their respects.

According to Sunday Tribune, the actress who played the role of Nonhlanhla and another female occupant died on the scene. Speaking to the publication, Rescue Care spokesperson Garrith Jamieson said, “the vehicle which had five occupants somehow lost control before colliding with a road sign and then into the wall. Two females believed to be in their twenties were found to have sustained major injuries and were declared deceased at the scene.”
