Last week, SA Finance Minister, Tito shared a before and after of his haircut.

In the photos, the Minister went from having a full hair to well shaved head.
South Africans mocked Tito, and Julius decides to wake up the almost dead joke.
Sharing a photo of Tito’s freshly shaved bald head on Twitter, Malema said “Morning the people of our beautiful continent.”
