Nonhle Jali dishes out profound words on social media while talking about her journey on self discovery.

The mother of four started a new chapter of her life and it’s even affected her social media platforms, as she’s taken down old posts in other to start afresh.

It was firstly assumed that her actions were triggered because it’s the women’s month but it’s obvious the star is just dishing out powerful words of wisdom she’s digested within the past years.

In a lenghty note, Nonhle revealed it took her lots of years to relearn loving herself and many other adorable virtues.

“I’ve been assigned this mountain, to show others it can be moved… We allow so many dreams die inside of us out of fear, confined by walls we build ourselves. Have enough courage to starve fear, breakdown your own walls to realize the magic of your dreams that lie beyond your comfort zone. Growth is uncomfortable, it is challenging, but it takes us to greater heights and oh! what a view. At any given moment you have the power to write a new chapter in your book of life.”

“It took me 35 years to relearn how to truly love myself, fight for myself and have enough courage to resurrect the dreams I’ve let die multiple deaths inside of me. It took me so many years to know without hesitation that I am enough and in knowing that my life was elevated to new heights; took me to places beyond my dreams. You become the conversations you feed your mind. A year into it, at 36, I’m still learning. It is never too late to unlearn, to relearn” She said.

Jali got more approval from fans and followers based on the words dished out.

This chapter of my life is called… “Unlearning to Relearn”. Becoming pragmatic in my thinking, having a liberated mind that celebrates the beauty of how diverse we are and understanding that the way I see the world, is not the only way to see the world. To respect the perspectives of others and open my mind to new ways of thinking – absent from judgement. I’m learning new ways of being, oh what a beautiful season this is… every challenge is now embraced as an opportunity to birth something new, something better than yesterday. In fear of stagnation; I celebrate all seasons of my life, each one represents the woman that was, the woman I am, the woman I’m unbecoming, the woman I am becoming. Cheers to the magical wonders of life ? I’m ready! Happy Women’s month to you ?NN #TheEmpress?
