South African actress, Sophie Lichaba recently took to social media to celebrate her daughter’s 6th birthday.

The actress, who is famous for playing the role of Queen Moroka in Generations for many years is one of the most recognised actresses in the country and beyond.

Recall, Sophie was trolled lately after pictures of her showing that she had lost excessive weight started doing the rounds.

The dramatic weight loss of the actress left many of her fans shocked as she looked like a totally different person, this even saw Lichaba’s name trending on social media.

Sophie did not take the negative comments lying downΒ as she came out to say she had health complications and was diagnosed with diabetes hence the weight loss.

However, this did not bring her down as posted adorable pictures with her beautiful daughter on Instagram.

In her post, she wrote a lovely message saying:

“Happy Birthday to my gorgeous daughter . Yay you’ve turned 6 , my “princess zazara” Ama. Your little tooth is back this year.
