George Lebese – Colorado Springs Switchback FC scored an incredible goal for his team in a league match
Since moving from Mamelodi Sundowns to Switchback FC in January, Lebese has been on top-notch for his team.
Although he struggled for game time under coach Pitso Mosimane of Mamelodi Sundowns.
In the match that brought about the brilliant goal, Switchback FC were down with a goal 4-3 to Austin Bold until Lebese popped up in the 84th minute to equalize for his team.
The former Kaizer Chiefs player is seen passing the ball around with his teammates before running into the opponent’s final third to take a shot at goal from outside the penalty box which caught Bold’s goalkeeper off guard.
Switchback FC did a surprising comeback in the second half after conceding four goals in first half.
In the 48th minute, they managed to score their first goal, thanks to Christian Volesky. 10 minutes later, the second goal came in from Andre Lewis, while Volesky added to his goals before Lebese leveled the score in a very fine form.
