After EFF’s threats to close down Clicks stores all over the country on Monday, Clicks’ lawyers have responded to them.
The lawyers – Werksman Attorneys wrote a letter to the party, with instructions to avoid any form of violence as operations will go on as usual at all its stores.
The lawyers further said if EFF leaders should attack any of Clicks stores, then legal action will be effected immediately against them.
Following a controversial post made by Clicks on Friday, the EFF disclosed that they want all of Clicks’ stores to shutdown or else, the party will force its closure.
The website had pictures of black hair portrayed as ‘Dry and Damaged’ while white hair portrayed as ‘ Fine and Flat.’
Most of the mass believe the image portrays prejudice against natural black hair.
However, Clicks responded to the outrage by deleting the images from their website and tendered an apology to the mass, through its Twitter page.
