The coronavirus has claimed the lives of 22 more patients, which brings the death toll to 16,398.

In the past 24 hours, the Department of Health has recorded 1,268 new infections, which takes the total number of confirmed cases in the country to almost 671,000.


However, the recovery rate is now standing on 90%, which means that over 603,000 people have survived the virus so far.
