Gauteng takes 31.7% of the infections while KwaZulu-Natal takes 17%
Forty-five more people have succumbed to coronavirus, which takes the death toll to 19,053.
In the past 24 hours, the Department of Health has recorded 1,092 new infections, which takes the total number of confirmed cases in the country to almost 718,000.
