The brain, heart and every other organ of the body have different bad habits that have negative effects on the body.


In this article, I am going to be talking about 5 bad habits that are seriously affecting your brain health.

1. Having too much alone time

Although it is good for people to be alone from time to time, it is bad to regularly want to be alone. This is because it has a serious effect on the brain health. It causes serious decline in brain health as well as lead to dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.

2. Eating too much junk

Eating too much junk has been found to have a strong and dangerous effect on the brain health. Studies have found that it slowly causes a serious slow decline in brain health. It is best you avoid foods such as buns, burgers, chips and even cakes.

3. Playing loud music on headphones

Although music is good especially when heard with headphones, it is not something you should do always. Make it a habit to minimize the number of times you use the headphones especially on loud volumes.

4. Sedentary lifestyle

Sedentary lifestyle has been found to not only affect brain health but also heart health as well as other organs of the body. Living a Sedentary lifestyle could be very dangerous to you.5. Not getting enough sleep

Sleep is necessary for the body. This is why not getting enough sleep could seriously affect your brain cells. Most times not getting enough sleep could lead to dementia in the body
