The crisp and the crunch may feel divine, but it is only going to take a toll on your fitness goals.

Although fatty fishes like salmon, tuna, mackerel or herring contain some amount of calories, and people may think it’s best to avoid it, experts believe it is great for those trying to lose weight. The omega-3 fatty acid content in fatty fishes helps improve satiety and curbs craving. Furthermore, it is also beneficial for one’s heart and brains.
